Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey conducted on September 15, 2023, found that Maxim Healthcare Services Inc., had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on July 13, 2023.
